Question:With the LGPF funding sweetener it is even more certain that ECE will succeed. Measuring and reporting on these successes with real, detailed, multi-variate, multi-category data/information must be integral to the design of all ECE programs. Will ECE create a mechanism for capturing information quantifying longitudinal beneficial effects, i.e., dollar savings by category, educational improvements by category? Will ECE be coordinating with other NM departments, agencies, city-county-regional entities for the programming and capturing of relevant data at these levels of detail? The next 10 years will pass whether this is done or not. It would be a shame to be in the middle or at the end of that period and find something important was not captured, therefore not reportable or study-able but merely another source of conjecture therefore a costly program failure to be covered by media just doing their jobs.
